Highfield hall is one of our more traditional halls of residence with a unique character. This part-catered accommodation is situated between Highfield and Avenue campuses, making it convenient to get to lectures.

Room types available in these halls

Part-catered rooms

These rooms are part-catered, meaning that you get breakfast in the morning and a main meal later in the day (Monday-Friday), brunch on Saturdays and lunch on Sundays. More information can be found on the University Catering website.

Accessible and adapted rooms

Highfield Hall has some accessible rooms for students with disabilities and medical requirements. If you may require adaptations please contact Enabling Services before submitting your application. Enabling Services work with us to ensure that you get a room that meets your needs.

The Highfield Halls Committee are also always on hand to help you settle in, and answer any questions. They will also organise a variety of events and socials (especially during freshers' week) to help you to get to know your new flatmates and the city you now live in.

We provide one Unilink bus pass per accommodation contract so that you can get to campus and around the city quickly and easily.
